Drive in Style – Take advantage of a company car for private use, making your daily commute easier and more comfortable.Main ResponsibilitiesLead onboarding and integration for new hires in sales and clinical rolesSupport the ongoing development of existing teams, identifying coaching opportunities and areas for skill enhancementPartner closely with Sales Managers to align training efforts with local market needs, business strategy, and commercial objectivesDeliver engaging, structured training programs — from masterclasses and field coaching to virtual sessionsProvide in-field clinical support during procedures, reinforcing correct product use and positioningCoach teams on strategic selling, including product positioning, pricing, and winning new accountsEnsure compliance with QMS and regulatory guidelines in all training activitiesWhat We’re Looking ForA solid background in Peripheral Vascular (PV) or related areas like neurovascular or cardiology, coupled with clinical experience (nursing, biomedical, radiography) and exposure to sales strategies.Deep understanding of the challenges in sales and the needs of healthcare professionals, with a proven ability to work closely with sales teams to improve performance and build confidence.A natural ability to engage others, build trust, and inspire people to listen and collaborate.A genuine passion for helping others develop, with strong communication and coaching abilities. Training experience is a bonus but not essential.A confident and approachable person who earns respect from colleagues and fosters teamwork across all levels.Fluency in English, additional European languages are a plus.Willingness to Travel up to 80% travel within Europe.As we require fluent English skills and the process will involve English speaking colleagues, we are looking forward to receiving your CV in English.
