Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of resources and priorities for Xapo’s marketing strategy
- Assist in planning and tracking marketing projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights to the team
- Help create and update project plans, schedules, and documentation
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of shared goals, seamlessly integrating marketing efforts with broader initiatives
- Assist with the development and management of vendor contracts and agreements
- Support vendor coordination and ensure deliverables meet agreed standards
- Perform daily administrative activities
- Assist in ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across marketing processes
- Conduct research for briefs and identify relevant resources, such as reports and case studies
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape
- Documenting and refining marketing processes to improve efficiency
- Implementing tools and platforms to streamline marketing workflows
- Researching emerging trends in fintech and cryptocurrency marketing
- Maintaining Xapo’s brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
Skills needed
- A recent Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with advertising and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Instagram, Looker).
- Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools or a willingness to learn.
- Interest in exploring lead generation strategies and testing campaign effectiveness.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity about marketing trends and openness to adopting new tools and technologies.
